•It is important that you do not assemble the barstool unless you are 100% happy with it. Once the item is assembled it is very difficult to then disassemble it. Keep all packaging as this will make the return process easier and quicker

•Often there is a black cap that covers the gas strut, this does need to be removed before assembly as the item will not move up or down if it is still connected

•With french velvet material it does sometimes look like there is a mark or a crease in the fabric this is perfectly normal and over time these marks iron themselves out.

•The foot rest should only be used as a footrest and not as a step up onto the stool, this will cause the footrest to snap off and this is not covered by the warranty. Used correctly it will give you many years of enjoyable dining.
